Not Drafted Before? No Probs, here's what you need to know......
- Your entrance fee covers you for 3 packs of Reality Fracture.
- Prizing: All Participants will receive a Reality Fracture Booster. There is a prize pool of booster packs for the top 2-4 players (depending on how many players we have) and is based on 50% of the player turnout (Eg. 8 players would be 4 prize packs - 1st 2Pk, 2nd & 3rd 1Pk each)
- When everyone is seated in draft "pods", usually 4 - 8 players per pod, you will open Pack number 1. Discard (or keep) any tokens or basic lands as these will not be part of the draft.
- Next, look through your pack and pick out a card you like.
- Pass the rest of the pack to the player on your left and you will receive a pack from the player to your right.
- Look through the pack you've been passed and pick another card.
- Repeat this until all cards from have been picked from these first packs.
- When everybody is ready, open pack number 2, repeating the above steps but this time you'll be passing your pack to the right. Once completed, as above, do the same with pack 3 but passing once again to your left.
- Deck Building: You'll now have a pool of cards from which to build a minimum 40 card deck (including basic lands which are supplied free by the shop). As a general rule, you're looking for 23 playable cards and 17 land. All the cards you don't use are considered your sideboard, and may be swopped into your deck between games, but you'll need to re-set your deck between rounds.
- Once Deckbuilding is complete we will play a three round tournament.
